The concierge service application shall be used by the Lexus guests having a valid subscription to ALJ-L!nk Wi-Fi solution. The guest shall use the Concierge application on the Smartphone to establish a voice call with a concierge agent. The agent shall handle the various request of the customer like ticket booking, hotel booking, POI destination search, etc.
